Shipping Policy

Products will be shipped using the shipping service provider chosen at the time of checkout. 

Orders placed before 9 a.m. MST Monday through Friday will generally ship the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will ship the next business day. An email confirmation will be sent after order placement. Any shipment or delivery date stated in any document are approximate only, and do not constitute any guarantee of shipment or delivery on any particular date. Due to high seasonal demand some customers experience delays in receipt of their orders. Due to the holiday rush some freight carriers have simply been unable to keep up with current parcel volumes. As such, we recommend choosing an Expedited Shipping option for date-sensitive order delivery. 

You will receive an order confirmation via email. Then the order will be processed by the warehouse. You will then receive an email with the tracking information and once you receive that email, the parcel has departed our warehouse and you can track directly with the carrier. If the tracking information says “pending” the order has departed our warehouse and is currently awaiting shipment at the carrier facility.

All orders placed with overnight or expedited shipping options must be received by 9 a.m. MST (Monday – Friday) to be processed the same day.  Orders which include expedited shipping do not leave the warehouse on weekends. Orders received after 9 a.m. MST will be processed the following business day. Expedited or Overnight shipping must be selected at the time of checkout and will be charged according to the quoted rate.
